The most certain thing about life is death.. and one of the many things that the loss of a loved one teaches us is - to live, completely and fully, every single moment..
And when you celebrate life in that grand way, even in death, you're remembered as life personified.
I certainly don't mean to trivialize a personal loss, but how wonderful if we we can celebrate the life of a person when they're gone or better still care enough and express how we feel when they're still around?
Does death take away all the memories we create with our families and friends? Does death mean we cease to be because our body is no longer functional? Surely we are more than just a mass of bones and flesh?How would I like to be remembered when I go? And therefore how should I live my life?
As a wise man once said, ज़िन्दगी बड़ी होनी चाहिए, लम्बी नहीं. And yet, we fear death every step of the way instead of living every moment we have.:)
